Suzanne Schireson’s oil paintings explore complex relationships between figures and the space they share through the use of expressive mark making and color. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received a Schiedt Travel Scholarship. She spent the winter of 2004-2005 in Norway as an artist in residence at the studio of Odd Nerdrum.
